We trust that you will enjoy many trouble free miles of motoring and the vehicle meets with the standard you would expect from a reputable motor dealer such as ourselves.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that every vehicle we sell meets the highest possible standards, unfortunately on occasion defects can appear on a vehicle subsequent to sale which could not have been foreseen.

Should you discover a fault with your vehicle shortly after purchase then we ask that you take the following course of action;

1) Inform us as soon as possible.

2) Arrange with us to bring the vehicle to our premises or nominated workshop so the alleged problem can be inspected and a suitable course of action taken.

PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THE VEHICLE TO A THIRD PARTY GARAGE BEFORE ALLOWING US TO INSPECT IT, as we will not accept liability for any work done by another garage.

It is important to remember that what might appear to you as a serious fault is anything but, and can accordingly be rectified by experienced staff at little cost.

We do not accept responsibility for other dealers cost unless expressly authorised by ourselves.

Please be aware we cannot accept responsibility for wear and tear items or defects commensurate with vehicle age, mileage, and price.

These terms and conditions are only valid for the three months from date of handover/delivery.
